A lot of healthy foods contain different kinds of natural sugar from fructose found in fruits and lactose found in milk. But, what you have to reduce from intake are the refined sugars or manufactured sugars. Corn syrup has high refined sugar content since it is a refined sugar in liquid form. You can find this in sodas and other processed food. These sugars can result to high sugar blood levels to rise quickly, that could turn to a condition called sugar addiction which leaves you feeling lethargic and wanting to have more sugar wherever it may come from.

Anything excessive can be very dangerous to one’s health.
